If the DEA says that there are people with marijuana growing on their own property, why aren’t they arresting them? The DEA needs to have some control over its agents, otherwise they could be arrested for doing something that they shouldn’t be doing. Also, why is the government prohibiting growing marijuana in the first place? If it’s illegal, anyone will grow it.
I believe that the most obvious answer to the questions about marijuana is to keep it in the dark and not start a fire, because you have to start a fire. The reason why you won’t start a fire isn’t because you don’t like it, but rather because it is illegal. When an individual is trying to kill a relative (or an individual) they’ll probably start a fire and start it.

This week the DEA reported that of the 1,000 people arrested, only 5 were convicted for selling marijuana to someone they knew.
