Updates on Taylor skirting the Grammys comes after fans grumbled that her collection Lover was censured in selections. Taylor managed to verify a spot in *three* classes: Best Pop Vocal Album for Lover, Best Pop Solo Performance for “You Need to Calm Down,” and Song of the Year for “Lover.”
For the record (a play on words completely planned), Swifties thought she was censured for Reputation too…which may have something to do with why she hasn’t gone to the show since 2016!
Regardless of what her fans think, Taylor communicated energy when the Recording Academy discharged the selections in November.
