I’m going to stop my ranting for now. I hope this was helpful.
I will say that the actual action in deathloop is an interplay between the player’s imagination, the player’s imagination, and the player’s imagination. If you want your game to be a bit better, then you ought to know the difference between imagination, imagination, imagination, and imagination. If you want your game to become a bit more interesting, then you ought to know that imagination and imagination are different things.
There was a lot of discussion about the “portal persona” aspect of Deathloop in our Twitter stream session. I will say that I’m not a fan of this idea. It is, in my opinion, an incredibly confusing concept. The idea is that the characters you design have to be people you really like. That’s fine, but it’s only one of several factors that make up who they are.
The idea is that the portal persona you select for a character is basically a description of who they are. It is an abstract concept, and it is important. But we’re going to skip over that part for now.
Like most of the video, this part is very confusing. The idea is that the character you design is essentially a person you make up. They have a personality, skills, and abilities. The problem comes because the character you design is only one of several dimensions you have to fill in to make up the character. It feels like you are creating a character who is literally a person you haven’t even met.
This makes it hard to tell whether its a good thing or a bad thing. If you design a character who is only of one dimension, then you are creating a character that will never really be a character. You are creating a character who has a limited personality and actions that are set in stone. And if there are two dimensions, when you choose a personality you will create a character who is two dimensional. The problem comes when you choose one of several personality traits that are not in the list.
Portal personality traits are one of those things that the game designer doesn’t tell you when you’re designing a character. Portal personality traits are something that you can choose from in the options section of the game interface. So even if the designer didn’t tell you about them, you can have them.
For example, if a character has a strong telepathic power then you can create a new character with this power, just by choosing “Telepathy”. But a character that doesnt have that trait (like the “No Telepathy” option) could be another character with another trait.
If your character has the same traits as the No Telepathy option, then you can create a new character who will become the new portal character. You can create a new portal character from the Telepathy trait. But to create the new portal character you have to choose an additional trait, which is a teleport ability. This ability can be used to teleport anyone from the portal character to the new portal character.
If you have a portal character, but you don’t have the Telepathy trait, you can create a new one from the Telepathy trait. But to create the new portal character you have to choose an additional trait, which is a teleportation ability. This ability can also be used to teleport anyone to the new portal character.
