Elon Musk presented the new plan of Space X on September 28, 2019. They are about to develop a new super-heavy launch system called starship.

It is configured as a 40 story rocket and at one time it can send 100 people to the surface of Mars and Moon. Elon presented this news with a basic prototype model known as starship mark 1.

He said that we could potentially see people fly next year, in the vehicle. He said that the potential of this rocket will “extend consciousness beyond earth and helps to build a residence on mars and moon.

The starship will stand 387 feet(118 meters) tall and is completely reusable. Space X is planning to launch millionaire Japanese entrepreneur Yusaku Maezawa as the first person to travel through this starship and land on the surface of the moon in 2020.

He has also contributed a handsome amount of money for development purposes.

Musk said that I think, the most inspiring thing I have ever seen, this in front of a crowd of about 200 SpaceX employees, guests, and reporters, at the company’s site near Boca Chica Village.

By 2050 they are planning to complete the first Martian city on mars. Paul Wooster the principal development engineer at Space X said that they are thinking to build propellant depots on the red planet and utilize in situ resources. They have a goal to build a planet-hopping network.

NASA and Space X are in competition to launch people on the land of mars and it is really interesting to see who wins.
