Months after Sophie Turner blamed her for the infamous coffee cup gaffe on Game of Thrones, Emilia Clarke has revealed that actor Conleth Hill was the real culprit behind the goof-up.

A takeaway coffee cup had found its way on Daenerys Targaryen, who was brought to life by Clarke’s table in a celebratory scene.

The presence of the coffee cup created a stir in the fourth episode of the HBO series’ final season in May, which led to a flood of memes and jokes on social media.

Enough is enough, says Clark

Emilia Clark has had enough of her “Game of Thrones” co-stars dragging her name through the mud.

The Dragon Queen actor appeared Wednesday on “Fallon Tonight” and finally cleared the air on who left the coffee cup in a shot during Episode 4 of the HBO show’s final season. Fans have puzzled over the cup’s owner since the episode aired in May.

The waters were further muddied as multiple cast members were quizzed about the culprit; the actors simply pointed the finger at other co-stars.

Know the truth

Turner, who played Sansa Stark in the show, previously implicated Clarke on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon for the cup. She also blamed Kit Harington earlier. Clarke revealed the “truth” to Fallon in a new episode.

Earlier this year, Sophie Turner, who played Sansa Stark, told Fallon that the cup belonged to the person it was placed in front of in the shot: Clarke. Clarke refuted that implication, claiming the true perpetrator had admitted to her, while possibly a little drunk that it was him.

Many were quick to blame Clarke for the mishap, including her co-star Sophie Turner, given she was the closest to the rogue cup. Clarke sought to clarify the ordeal on Wednesday night when she blamed Hill who played Lord Varys in the hit HBO show.

The actress tells her audience that the cast had a party before the Emmys recently and Conleth, who plays Varys pulled me aside and tell her that the cup was him.
