This is the time to take care of yourself. Whether you need to take care of yourself or not. You should take care of yourself. But you also need a little time before you do.

All of us are stressed now and then. But most of us do not have a personal life that is all about us. We want to be busy and we want to be everything to everyone. We are constantly chasing after a feeling that we can’t have. We all get stress from many different things. Some of us have lots of stress from work, others it is from other people, some from events, and some stress is a combination of all of it.
