The most commonly asked question we get is: “What should I do with my time? I’m trying to work on raising my child, but I’m overwhelmed. I want to relax, but I don’t know what to do.” The way we think about stress is that it’s either stress or no-stress.

Im not sure if that is true. I think of stress as a lack of control. A lack of control in a situation means that the situation is uncontrollable. If you try to control a situation, it’s not a stress situation. If you don’t, then you have a stress situation.

Well maybe thats a better way of thinking about it. But to answer the question of what should I do with my time, we think of two things: Get things done and relax. One of the easiest ways to do that is to relax your muscles. That means laying down and relaxing your muscles. Another way to relax is to just take a break. Getting your work done is the easiest way to relieve stress, but relaxing is the second best.

Well you can take a break, but you can’t take a break in a stress situation. You can get things done, but what do you do with that? You can let it sit on your desk. You can go to the grocery store. You can go to the car wash. You can go do something, but what do you do with that? You can let it sit in the garage.

When we stress, we can get a lot of things done, but we can also get things done in an unsatisfying way. The problem is when we start to get stressed, we start to get everything done. We start to think that we have to be perfect, and that everything is important. We start to feel guilty for the things we’ve already done and feel like we have to change things up.

When we stress, we feel guilty because we feel we have to give our life a try. We feel like we need to do something, so we start to do things we feel like are wrong. We start to feel stressed, so we start to need to change things up. As soon as we start to feel guilty, we start to feel stressed again, and we start to do things we feel like are wrong.

If we start to feel stressed, we start to feel stressed again, because we already feel stressed.

Now, I think that this is the biggest problem with self-awareness: We often forget that we’re stressed. When we’re stressed, we’re stressed. We are stressed, and then we think that we’re stressed. And then we start to feel like we’re stressed, so we start to feel stress again, and then we feel like we’re stressed again, and then we start to feel like we’re stressed again, and then we start to feel stressed again.

It is this loop that causes stress. One of my favorite YouTube videos is a very short one where a woman is sitting on a couch and watching a man she doesn’t know get kicked out of his house. She says, “I’ve been here before,” and then, just as she is thinking that she has been here before, she is actually kicked out of her house. She is stressed by the experience.

I’ve been there too. One of the reasons I didn’t want to write about it was I couldn’t get the idea out of my head. I’ve been there many times. It’s a loop. It’s all the stress loop.
