Final Fantasy VII Remake was prominently featured by Square Enix at the Tokyo Game Show this year.
First, the publisher shared with the public the demo walkthrough that attendees were able to try at E3 and Gamescom this year; yesterday, they have debuted brand new footage during the Final Fantasy VII Remake Special Stage Event that took place on the PlayStation live stream.
Additionally, Square Enix shared plenty of info on the ‘Classic Mode’ combat via the game’s official Twitter account. You can check it all out below. As a reminder, Final Fantasy VII Remake will launch March 3rd, 2020 on PlayStation 4.
With the massively anticipated unharness of the ultimate Fantasy VII Remake returning shut, Square Enix is trickling down footage and information about the game.
Another video shows one of Tifa’s limit breaks in the action. It’s the classic Somersault. Limit breaks are dead once the limit gauge is full, and they look spectacular with the remake’s new visuals.
Lastly, we get screenshots showing a rather spooky and familiar scene. Suffice to mention, the game is looking good.
If you’d like to see and learn more about the game, you can check out a charming TV commercial from earlier today, the latest trailer, the western box art for the game, plenty of beautiful screenshots, and recent gameplay with the reveal of the Classic Mode.
The first game of the ultimate Fantasy VII Remake can launch on PS4 on March three, 2020. In commonplace modes, the ATB Gauge fills up by repeatedly attacking your enemy, but in Classic Mode this aspect of gameplay is handled automatically. The player doesn’t get to do something and therefore the character fights mechanically, charging up their ATB Gauge.
After showing off combat in Final Fantasy VII Remake, Kitase-san introduced one of the elements we first saw in the TGS Trailer a few days ago the Squats mini-game, and our presenter did an amazing job of playing.
Finally, we got a closer look at one of the boss fights in the game. In this segment, we saw Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith take on Apps in the sewers of Midgar.
